How can I bid on a product?
To make a bid on a product, please log in to your account first. Then go to the Auction page and click on the Bid Now button by the item you wish to bid on.
Enter your bid amount into the Bid Value field in the 'Make a Bid for this product' form. You can bid in whole cents and dollars only e.g. $2.31 is okay, but $2.3111 is invalid. Finally, just press the 'Place Bid' button and your bid will be recorded. |

What is a Bid Credit and how much does it cost?
One Bid Credit allows you to place one bid on our Auction page. You can bid on any product, but do remember that the lowest unique bid wins. You can bid on any product that we have on our auction page using your bid credit. One bid credit costs $10.00. That allows you to bid on one product, as well as to access our download area. Bid credits may be purchased in your members account area. |

Can I sell the item that I won?
Yes - you can do whatever you wish with the item that you won. |

Can I take cash instead?
No, unless the item expressly says that you can take cash in lieu of the item. |

Are there any country restrictions? I live in Nigeria - can I play?
The only restrictions are those set by the country you live in. Most countries allow this format. |

Do I have to provide any information if I win?
Yes, we will need a picture of you, as well as personal and tax information. |

How soon after the winner is declared can we expect to receive our winnings?
After we verify the winner, we will make every effort to get the prize to you within a few days. |

What if there is a tie for the lowest bid?
There can be no ties. The winner will always be the LOWEST UNIQUE BID.
If there are 2 bidders with the same low amount, then they are not unique. There can be only one bidder with the lowest unique bid, and that is who will win. |

When are the winners announced?
Usually within 3 business days after the auction ends. We need time to verify the winner. |

No, we have included the estimated costs for shipping and customs in the prize amount. |

You are obliged to conform to the laws of your country or jurisdiction. If they require you to pay taxes, then the answer is yes. |

No, you have to bid in whole cents e.g. .37 cents and not .37777 |
